Would have easily been 5 stars if there wasn't such a delay in shipping and replies to requests for information. I sent over 6 emails over the span of a month to get any feedback. Otherwise, product is great and exactly what I ordered.

Part was exactly what I expected, packed well, arrived in perfect condition. Shipping seemed a little slow, I suspect the part had to come from Italy before it was shipped to me. Shipping to US was fine. I would buy again for parts that aren't available in the USA as this part wasn't.

Very good service but a bit slow probably due to availability of parts. Would appreciate continual updates as to progress
