Website is serviceable, ordering process is good, DHL is however the poorest choice of carrier for delivery to the USA. Please use UPS, DHL just injects into USPS (postal service) and delivery is a gamble.

Very good experience, there was an IT glitch with PayPal checkout sending them incomplete information which they resolved quickly with a very pleasant phone call and my goods arrived swiftly.

Very informative slick service

A great service which I will use again. Parts were very reasonable in price and staff very helpful, see below. I did have an issue with the tracking number for the delivery service in that it couldn't be found, but when I phoned parts-motoguzzi and enquired about the issue and quoted my order number everything was cleared up when told to use the tracking number via the DPD tracking site.

Most useful part diagrams website for part number sourcing for Moto Guzzi motorcycles, ships them to anywhere in the world. . Careful packaging for small parts, which is appreciated. The shipping costs are higher than comparable websites for other brands parts. I understand this is due to the specialized sourcing of pure Italian bikes. Helpful and speedy replies to customer queries. The only place I know to source an OEM part for my V7 III Anniversario.
