Website is serviceable, ordering process is good, DHL is however the poorest choice of carrier for delivery to the USA. Please use UPS, DHL just injects into USPS (postal service) and delivery is a gamble.

Very good experience, there was an IT glitch with PayPal checkout sending them incomplete information which they resolved quickly with a very pleasant phone call and my goods arrived swiftly.

A great service which I will use again. Parts were very reasonable in price and staff very helpful, see below. I did have an issue with the tracking number for the delivery service in that it couldn't be found, but when I phoned parts-motoguzzi and enquired about the issue and quoted my order number everything was cleared up when told to use the tracking number via the DPD tracking site.
